Art 1 Organiser

  • The Fleet Europe Awards 2025 are organised by Nexus Communication (the organiser), publishing company of media platforms Fleet Europe www.fleeteurope.com and Global Fleet www.globalfleet.com. Nexus Communication is established in Belgium (Chaussée de Tongres 257/21, 4000 Rocourt - Belgium) with VAT: BE 0841.998.206.

 

Art 2 Context of the Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers

  • The Fleet Europe Innovation Award Suppliers is linked to the Fleet Europe Awards 2025 and is open for the international fleet and mobility supplier industry.

 

  • The Fleet Europe Awards 2025 and its process is built on the following pillars: Quality – Objectivity – Innovation.

 

  • The ceremony of the Fleet Europe Awards 2025 will take place on 23 October 2025 in Luxembourg, as the closing of the Fleet Europe Days 2025 www.fleeteuropedays.com

 

Art 3 Description of the Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers

  • The Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers 2025 highlights innovative approaches, tools, products or services of the international fleet and mobility industry (car manufacturers, leasing and rental, energy and charging, telematics and technology, mobility) that bring benefits to fleet and mobility management efficiency.

 

Art 4 The jury

  • The jury (international fleet managers being a member of the Global Fleet Managers Club – the best-practice sharing network community of global and international fleet and mobility managers, together with representatives of Nexus Communication, publisher of Fleet Europe and Global Fleet) form the jury and will evaluate and vote for the most innovative product or tool, designed to help support fleet and mobility managers.
  • The team of Fleet Europe organises and coordinates the jury activities, under the presidency of Steven Schoefs (Head of Strategic Relations, Nexus Communication).
  • The evaluation and voting is done by the jury, composed of fleet and mobility managers and representatives of the Fleet Europe.
  • The decisions of the jury are final.

 

Art 5 Eligibility

  • The Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers 2025 is open to all fleet and mobility suppliers operating in and across Europe. These suppliers can apply with a project or solution where the innovative element is highlighted.
  • The applicants solution or project needs to show an element of implementation and a degree of internationalisation.

 

 

 

 

 

Art 6 Confidentiality

  • All of the jury members are subject to the rules of ethics. They commit to not divulging any information concerning candidates, dossiers or results of the election.
  • The only party that can report on the information shared during the Awards’ competition and on the results is organiser Fleet Europe.

 

Art 7 Registration, Process and Timing

  • Candidates for the The Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers 2025 must apply before 4 August, 2024 by using the Application form available at www.fleeteuropedays.com/awards.
  • The candidates are informed by the organiser about the validity of their candidacy upon application.
  • The committee of board members of the Global Fleet Managers Club 2025 together with 2 experts of Fleet Europe will evaluate all applications on their merit in terms of innovation. The max 15 best applications will be selected for the final round.
  • For that final round, the 15 best candidates will be asked to prepare a presentation to pitch their solution or project for the jury during a video conference organised on 2 October 2025.
  • The winner of the voting will be unveiled at the Fleet Europe Awards ceremony on 23 October 2025 in Luxembourg. Organizer Fleet Europe asks all candidates to be present at this event. If there is any reason why candidate cannot attend, a colleague or other nominated person should be delegated to receive the prize on behalf of the nominee.

 

Art 8 Overall values and assessments

  • During the assessment of the dossiers, the jury will examine the following elements:
    • The degree of innovation of the tool, product or service for the international fleet and mobility market
    • The efficiency of the tool, product or service on the management of the fleet at international level
    • The impact of the innovative tool, product or service on elements of TCO, Safety, Sustainability and Operational Efficiency
    • The ROI and further developments of the tool, product or service

 

Art 9 Acceptance of rules

  • Entering the Fleet Europe Awards 2025 competition entails acceptance of its rules and regulations and the decisions of the judges.
  • Contestants in the Fleet Europe Awards 2025 give their agreement to Nexus Communication to use the information of their registration form as announcement of the Awards in the magazine and on the website www.fleeteurope.com. Participants give their agreement to appear with name, photo and information provided within the framework of the competition.
  • Printing or typing or spelling errors will not give rise to any obligation whatsoever on the part of Nexus Communication.
  • The organiser may in no way whatsoever be held responsible in cases of dispute or litigation.
  • The organisers may not be held responsible in cases of dispute or litigation.
  • The decisions of the judges are not susceptible to appeals at any stage of the contest.
