About the fleet & mobility managers awards

The Fleet Europe Awards, organised by Fleet Europe, recognise the professional achievements of managers/executives with an international responsibility in vehicle fleet and/or mobility management.

With the organisation of the Fleet Europe Awards, Fleet Europe showcases the international fleet and mobility management profession by recognizing and rewarding a person for their applied vehicle fleet/mobility management strategy.

The Fleet Europe Awards and its process is built on the following pillars: Quality – Objectivity – Sharing best practices – Role model – Innovation.

The ceremony will take place on 28 October 2026, in Lisbon during the Fleet Europe Days.

The fleet & mobility managers will be rewarded for the following:

• Global Fleet Manager of the Year
• European Fleet and Mobility Manager of the Year
• International Fleet Procurement Manager of the Year
• International Fleet Sustainability Manager of the Year
• International Commercial Fleet Manager of the Year
• International Fleet Innovation Manager of the Year
• International Fleet Safety Manager of the Year (NEW!)

Criteria & Eligibility

• Open to individuals or teams within multinational companies operating in at least three countries internationally.
• Candidates must have direct influence over fleet procurement, strategy, and supplier management.
• Open to private-sector companies only.
• Candidates may apply for a maximum of two categories, except for the combination of Global Fleet Manager and European Fleet & Mobility Manager of the Year.
• Previous winners (1st prize) may not reapply in the same category the year after they won.
•  Suppliers whose core business is selling products or services to fleet managers are excluded from these categories.
• Applications may be submitted by an individual or a team; in case of a team, one representative must be designated throughout the process.
• All communication and submissions must be in English.

About the industry suppliers award

The Fleet Europe Innovation Award for Suppliers 2026 highlights innovative approaches, tools, products or services of the international fleet and mobility supplier industry that bring benefits to fleet and mobility management efficiency.

The competition is open to fleet and mobility suppliers operating internationally and across Europe.

Your input needs to follow the structure provided in the next pages. Every question should be answered for you to give a complete view on your innovation.
