HOW TO REGISTER?

1. Apply to our Hosted Buyer Programme to attend the event for free

If you've already applied and received your personal code, go to step 2 "Begin your registration"

Before taking any step, make sure to fill in the application form below.

Your application will be reviewed internally and you will then receive a personal code within a few days that grants you free access to all our main 2025 events.

If you've already applied but haven't received anything in the 4 following business days, please contact us (click here).

2. Begin your registration and make sure to select the "Customer" Profile category

3. Enter your discount (personal code) and finalize your registration

Make sure to enter the personal code received in the email named "Hosted buyer programme: your personal code" and click on "APPLY" to set the price to 0$".

Then finalize the registration process.

You should receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam.

This will help us in building your experience during the event. You will also be asked about your profile. Please, make sure to select the right profile.This will have an impact on what you get access to, the networking capabilities, etc.

3. Finalize your registration

Before proceeding the payment, enter any relevant discount code you might have. The final price is automatically calculated.

VISA-FREE ENTRY FOR SHORT BUSINESS TRIPS

As of July 15, 2024, European citizens can enter Thailand without a visa BUT WITH A DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD for tourism or short business purposes for up to 60 days. This visa exemption applies to specific short-term business activities, including organizing or attending conferences.

These activities must be completed within 15 days. Upon arrival in Thailand, you are required to notify the registrar at the airport or local labor office about the nature of your work.


IMPORTANT: For your Digital Arrival Card, you must register within 3 days before arrival. Click here to get your digital arrival card.

Entry Requirements:

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Proof of onward or return travel
  • Evidence of sufficient funds (minimum 20,000 Baht per person or 40,000 Baht per family)
