Think of the LCV Discovery Challenge as a real-life treasure hunt — no screens, no clues to decode, just your curiosity and sharp eyes.

Here’s exactly how to play 👇

🕵️‍♂️ The Mission

Hidden across the LCVs on display are Fleet Tokens.

Your goal is simple:

👉 Find at least one Fleet Token and you’re in the game.
👉 Find more, and you increase your chances of winning a €500 voucher for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

No pressure. No strategy required. Just explore and enjoy the hunt

🚗 Where to play

  • The game takes place around the LCVs displayed at the hotel entrance

  • You can play any time on Day 2 between 9:00 and 15:30

  • There’s no fixed route — wander freely and check the vehicles at your own pace

Some tokens are easier to spot than others… but none require force or risk.

🔍 Finding Fleet Tokens

  • Each LCV hides 3 Fleet Tokens

  • Tokens are discreetly placed but accessible

  • You never need to open sealed parts, dismantle anything, or enter restricted areas

⏰ Timing Matters

  • All tokens must be handed in before 15:30 on Day 2

  • The winner will be announced by 16:00, at the end of the event

🎟️ What Happens When You Find One?

As soon as you spot a Fleet Token:

  1. Take it

  2. Head to the Registration Desk (Floor 7)

  3. Hand it in and get your entry recorded

✨ One token = one entry into the prize draw
✨ Two tokens = two entries

Each participant is allowed to submit 2 tokens.

Once the hunt is over, all valid entries go into a random draw.

 

Rules & Regulations – LCV Discovery Challenge

By participating in the LCV Discovery Challenge, participants agree to the following rules and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

  • The challenge is open to all registered event participants.

  • Exhibitor sponsors and their staff are not eligible to participate.

2. Game Period

  • The challenge takes place on Day 2 only, from 09:00 to 15:30.

  • Fleet Tokens may only be searched for and collected during this time window.

3. How to Participate

  • Fleet Tokens are hidden on the LCVs displayed at the hotel entrance.

  • Tokens must be found without dismantling vehicles, forcing compartments, or entering restricted or unsafe areas.

  • Participants must follow all instructions given by event staff at all times.

4. Token Validation

  • Each Fleet Token must be handed in immediately after discovery at the Registration Desk (Floor 7).

  • Each valid Fleet Token equals one (1) entry into the prize draw.

  • Multiple tokens may be submitted by the same participant and will count as multiple entries.

  • Tokens submitted after 15:30 will not be accepted.

5. Prize Draw

  • The winner will be selected by random draw among all valid entries.

  • The draw will take place at the end of the event, with the announcement scheduled by 16:00.

  • The winner must be present or reachable at the time of the announcement.

 

6. Prize

  • The Grand Prize consists of a €500 voucher for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

7. Fair Play & Safety

  • Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the game may result in disqualification.

  • The organizer reserves the right to remove participants who do not respect vehicles, staff, or other attendees.

8. Organizer’s Rights

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • The organizer’s decisions regarding the challenge and the prize draw are final.

9. Liability

  • The organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Fleet Tokens once found.

  • Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
